Don’t let steeks scare you! If you have a sewing machine, it’s a snap. If not, you can stabilize the steek by hand, as Eunny Jang demonstrates, or use her crochet method. Still scared? Ask a friend, take it to any dry cleaners that does alternations, or even send it back to me and I’ll do it for a small fee. If nothing works for you, follow the alternate instructions to avoid steeks altogether.
